The Third Thursday Lunches continue at Hotel Louisville, (120 West Broadway (the corner of Second & Broadway), on Thursday, September 19, 2024.

Dr. Jones will present foundational concepts around gender throughout history and will discuss with us the future of gender in our community and personal spaces.

Dr. Jones’s academic interests center around how gender, race and class inflect the educational environment.

Their scholarship has centered on transgender individuals and their collegiate experiences, as well as how “life on the Internet” takes shape for marginalized groups.
