ABOUT THE REALITIES OF MILITARY SERVICE AND THE MISLEADING CLAIMS MADE BY MILITARY RECRUITERS

Military recruiters are the military’s sales people.  They have quotas for recruits, and missing those quotas can hurt their careers.   As a result, promises and claims made by military recruiters can be false or misleading.  If you, a friend, or your son/daughter are considering military service, be sure you know the facts. Aim Higher is part of a national network of organizations that regularly updates information on a variety of important issues you need to know about before enlistment.

Know someone who has already enlisted for active duty, but doesn’t have to report for a while, and may be having second thoughts?  If they haven’t reported yet, and are not just going into the reserves, they can get out without penalty.  CLICK HERE
